If you are applying as a vendor, check to confirm that you acknowledge the following:

Vendor provides power/electricity

Wifi is not provided

Vendor provides own 10x10 tent and weights

Vendor provides tables and chairs (if needed)

If you are applying as a food truck, check to confirm that you acknowledge the following:

You are self-contained (inc. power/electricity, fire extinguisher, ability to meet all fire marshal requirements.)

Wifi is not provided

NO 10x10 tent is allowed for food trucks

ALL VENDORS Must be open and operating for all hours of event on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for product vendors Friday and Saturday for Food Vendors

Guidelines:

Booth/truck and all products must be non-political
All items must be family-friendly
Applicant agrees to promote Market Fest on all social media platforms
All vendors will be asked to report earnings at the end of the event to the Market Fest Vendor Coordinator.
All vendors are required to give 5% of their earnings directly to the non-profit recipient by mailing a check no later than Friday, September 6th, 2024. Beneficiary: Connected Lane County
If approved, vendors will be notified by June 17th.

Fees:

Food Vendor - $275

Product Vendor - $175

Art Vendor - $100 (or donation of 1 art piece valued at $100 for silent auction benefitting the beneficiary).
